This Privacy Policy describes how HKMG ("we," "us," or "our") — operated by Grayson R Goldstein-Kilroy d/b/a HKMG, located at 5420 Lindley Avenue, Encino, CA 91316 — collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you visit hkmgagency.com (the "Site") or otherwise interact with our marketing services (the "Services").
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including contact information (name, email address, phone number, business name, website URL); application and intake data submitted through our forms; communications you send us via email, SMS, phone, or web form; and payment information processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers.
We also automatically collect certain information when you use the Site, including IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, time spent, referring URLs, and information from cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7).

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our Services; communicate with you about your application, appointments, contracts, and account; send you SMS and email communications you have consented to receive; process payments and fulfill contractual obligations; comply with legal obligations; and detect, prevent, and address fraud or security issues.
3. SMS Communications and Consent
By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS communications — whether via our application form, verbal consent during a phone call, or other written agreement — you agree that HKMG may send you text messages, including application confirmations and status updates, appointment reminders and confirmations, follow-up communications related to our Services, and time-sensitive notifications regarding your account or engagement.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in. For help, reply HELP to any message and we will respond with our contact information.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share, sell, or rent your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data is used solely to provide the Services you have requested.
4. How We Share Your Information
We share information only as necessary to operate our business: with service providers who help us run the Site and Services (e.g., GoHighLevel for CRM, Stripe for payments, Google Workspace for email, Apollo for prospect data, Wavv for dialing); for legal compliance when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others; and in business transfers, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your information by emailing grayson@hkmgagency.com.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion of your information, opt out of certain uses of your information, and withdraw consent for SMS or email communications.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and (with your consent) measure marketing performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some Site features may not function correctly if cookies are disabled.
